Termination

The Law and Settlement of Disputes
The "User Conditions" and your use of the Electronic Portal of "Al-Madinah Region Secretariat" shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the systems of combating informatics crimes and electronic transactions. Any disputes arising from these conditions or with regard to the use of Electronic Portal of "Al-Madinah Region Secretariat" should be referred to arbitration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in front of a single arbitrator to be selected by mutual agreement.
General information
In case you change your name or email address or any other address or any other information which you previously provided to us upon registration, then you must let us know the new details without delay.
We may change the terms of the current user from time to time. However, we will give you notice of any change in the terms of the current "User Conditions" through publishing an announcement about such a change on the site, and we will assume that you have received our notice and the obligations of the change shall apply upon you when you login to the site or use it at any time after the announcement of the change on the site.
