| Objectives of the Department |
Inspection of all reconstruction works and projects to be undertaken by Medina Municipality (MM) exerting in this respect all possible efforts to make easy and enhance the services rendered thereby and at the same time expanding their sphere of action |
| Duties of the Department |
The duties include without being limited to the following : 01. to administratively and technically supervise all departments acting under ARP authority and any other administrative units related thereto. 02. to study and amend the reconstruction and project plans and schemes to be received from ARP different departments and to get them approved by the concerned authorities. 03. to maintain the required coordination between the municipality and all other government or non-government offices in all joint matters pertaining to the reconstruction and projects in the city. 04. to assume the priorities of MM projects. 05. to participate in the study of the municipality projects tender documents as a preliminary step before calling contractors to bid for. 06. to supervise the reconstruction works and projects and the execution of the contracts related thereto. 07. to regularly prepare the remarks and recommendations aiming at developing the Agency's work progress in coordination and cooperation with the Administrative Development Department "ADD" . 08. to submit all required information about the Agency to the Budget Project. 09. to prepare periodic reports about the Agency's activities and achievements and refer same to H.E. the Secretary General. |
