Objectives of the Department	§ To give the legal advice regarding all matters referred to it from the municipality offices and to plead for any legal action taken before any juridical authority.
Duties of the Department	01. Register any legal cases brought by or against the Municipality. 02. Study the lawsuits and put forth the legal opinion thereof. 03. To plead for the Municipality before the juridical authorities. 04. Take legal proceedings on behalf of the Municipality. 05. Put forth the legal consultations. Required by the Municipality offices. 06. Submit the pleas against any deeds passed by the court.
