Work Experience ? carry out the surveillance and inspection works required in all units of the municipality and all other pertaining offices to ensure work safety and good performance. ? Observe any violations in all municipality units and all other pertaining offices and accordingly take all the necessary steps for rectification in cooperation with the concerned authorities in the municipality. ? Watch the work progress in all units of the municipality and all other pertaining offices to ensure observance of the prevailing regulations and measures. ? Study the complaints referred thereto regarding the administrative and financial violations. ? Carry out or to participate in the interrogations of the investigating authority and any other true complaints from the public. ? Participate in the special committees held to investigate any violations from the part of the municipality employees in observance of the governor's instructions. ? Watch the Municipality employees daily attendance in coordination with the administrative units in charge. ? Communicate with the surveillance and investigation authority in concern with all investigative matters. ? Develop the self-control concept for the municipality employees. ? Organize and archive the municipality follow-up files in a manner to guarantee retrieving same when needed. ? Submit any recommendations to make easy and improve the progress of work at the municipality. ? submit all required information about the FU to the Budget Project. ? Prepare the FU procedures in cooperation with the Administrative Development Department "ADD" and save no efforts to enhance same on a regular basis.
