Objectives of the Department --
Duties of the Department   ·             Preparation of various organizational, administrative and developmental studies to promote the standard works and services rendered by the municipality.

·             Participation in the studies and researches related to the work and projects of municipality different departments.

·             Carrying out studies and periodical reviews to develop the organizational structures of the municipality and work procedures.

·             Participation in the study of the bylaws, rules and regulations referred by the concerned departments to the municipality and referral of the recommendations and suggestions.

·             Application and safekeeping the Quality System to improve the methods of service rendering.

·             Participation in the process of supervising the implementation of the Municipality strategic plans and programs for the sake of enhancing the applicable procedures.

·             Control and supervision of the performance effectiveness and efficiency.

·             Supervising any surveys aimed at enhancing performance and productivity.

·             Favoring and activating the creative thinking as a preliminary step prior to applying any creative initiatives of the Ideal Employee and Creativity Competition Award.
