The website of Al-Madinah is seen as a window through which it communicates with the society. The more the website presents easy, distinctive and integrated services to its users, the more it becomes widespread useful.

The Municipality has a number of interactive and integrated e-applications numbering 66 systems serving various managements, such as accounting etc. There are 22 geographical information applications systems, 20 web applications and 24 Oracle systems. The number of active servers is 55. With a centralized storage capacity of 9.6 terabytes.
